Gary David (born July 13, 1978 in Bataan, Philippines) is a Filipino Professional basketball Superstar of the Philippine Basketball Association. He is currently playing for the Burger King Titans. He is the superstar of the team. He is called by his famous monicker of Mr. Pure Energy or even The King.

2005-06 Season
Considered to be a major steal in 2005 mid season, Gary David has brought high energy to Air21’s running game that led to the Express’ third place finish in the 31st PBA Fiesta Conference. David exploded for 19 points to carry Air21 to its first-ever Final Four appearance after upsetting the Darvin Ham-led Talk ‘N Text Phone Pals, 117-110, in Game 5 of quarterfinals of 31st Fiesta Conference last January 20, 2006 in Antipolo City.
If not for an elbow injury, David was on the verge of having an impressive season last year. But David still surpassed his point production from 6.9 points during his rookie year to 9.9 in the 2005-06 season and posted a career-high 28 points in one game. Despite several injuries in the past, David, 28, has now become Air21’s newest certified scorer after former franchise player Renren Ritualo was shipped to Talk ‘N Text and energetic Ronald Tubid to Ginebra last year.
The 2003 PBL MVP, played under Montana, emerged from being an effective role player to superstar status after improving his numbers in the last two conferences, where he also captured various awards.
2006-07 Season
David is now one of the best player in Philippine Basketball Association history. Improving his numbers in the 2006-07 PBA season. Averaging 21.3 points per game adding up 4.1 rebounds and 2.4 assists. Before getting injured that cause the Air21 Express their simi-final bid. It earned him many awards in the season including the PBA Most Improved Player and many more.
2007-08 Season
In the 2007-08 PBA season, David came back in action as he led the team in scoring again averaging 16.3 points per game. He led the team to the 2008 PBA Fiesta Conference Finals against the Barangay Ginebra Kings but eventually they lost the series in seven games. It was a bouncing back from injury season for Gary David.
2008-09 Season
During the 2008-09 PBA season, David immediately lead the Air21 Express to one of the contenders to win the title. Unfortunately, after trading Ranidel de Ocampo to the Talk 'N Text Tropang Texters the team only won once out 4 games. His team only finished at the 8th spot in the Philippine Cup and lost to the San Miguel Beermen during the wildcard phase. He is the leading scorer of the team during the conference with 19.2 points per game including his 4.3 rebounds and 2.2 assists.
